Advi Plumbing is a family-run plumbing execution company from Indore, working in this industry since 1968 and now incorporated as Advi Plumbing Pvt. Ltd. Over five decades we have delivered 1200+ projects across residential, healthcare, commercial, industrial, hospitality and pharma sectors.

We provide complete plumbing, waterproofing and fire-fighting execution — on both labour-only and with-material basis. This includes water supply & sanitary plumbing, waterproofing, fire fighting, pump room installation, STP/WTP coordination, drainage systems, rainwater harvesting, gas piping, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and emergency plumbing. Drawing and planning is included in every project as part of our process.

Indore is our home base, but we work across Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Delhi and West Bengal — including Bhopal, Ujjain, Pithampur, Ratlam, Neemuch, Jaipur, Ajmer, Beawar, Nagpur, Shirdi, Ahmedabad, Raipur and Kolkata.

The Advi D·T·D System™ stands for Draw · Test · Document — the three steps every Advi project runs on. The core belief behind it: plumbing failures don't happen on site, they happen in the planning stage.

• Draw first — no pipe is laid without a drawing, and clashes are solved on the drawing board.
• Test before tile — every line is pressure and flow/smoke tested before tiling.
• Document at handover — as-built drawings and test records are handed over.

When plumbing is done without drawings, no one can verify, coordinate or locate anything later — that single gap is the root of most post-handover complaints. We resolve electrical, civil, HVAC and waterproofing clashes on paper before execution, so problems are prevented rather than repaired.

Yes — it is mandatory on every project. Supply lines are pressure-tested and drain lines flow/smoke-tested before any tile or marble is laid, and you receive the test report. If there is a leak, the tile simply does not go on until it is fixed.

A complete handover file: as-built drawings showing every pipe location and valve position, test reports and QC certificates, and line-legend documentation. This means that even years later, there is no guesswork and no need to break walls to trace a line.

Yes. Plumbing ties into civil, electrical, waterproofing, tiling and HVAC. We coordinate on a shared drawing and follow area-wise scheduling, so there is no clash on site and no blame-game between trades — because material and labour come from one accountable partner.

Yes. We deploy a consistent, trained team — not random daily labour — led by a dedicated site engineer/supervisor. Our team is ESIC-registered and insured and works with proper PPE, which gives your site a legal and safety shield in case of any incident.

Yes. We work both ways — labour-only, or complete with-material execution as a single accountable partner. With-material projects follow a transparent, itemised BOQ, so the quote you approve is the final bill — no surprise "material khatam, extra paisa" calls.

Yes — a 12-month written leak-free guarantee. Because we pressure-test every line before tiling and give you the certificate, the risk is caught early. If any leakage occurs from an internal reason in our work within 12 months of handover, we rectify it free of charge.

It is a no-obligation review where our team studies your project and drawings and flags where plumbing risks could arise — before any work begins. It is the best way to see how the D·T·D System applies to your project.

The Pre-Execution Risk Scan / site visit is free for projects in Indore, Bhopal and Udaipur. For other cities it is available on request. There is no commitment required either way.

Yes. We offer structured Annual Maintenance Contracts, and long-term AMCs are already running with clients like Tata (Prem Motors), Vishesh Jupiter Hospital and C21 Group. Because your system is documented by us, maintenance is faster and cleaner.

Yes. We provide rapid response for urgent leaks, blockages and failures, including Sunday emergency support — backed by a permanent 85+ team rather than ad-hoc labour.

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Sundays we are available for emergency support.
